Based in Southern Bohemia, Czech Republic and originally established to further service the needs
of an existing Triangle client who has 160 sites and 60,000 employees around the world, being one
of the leading suppliers to the automotive industry. In 2007 Triangle Recruitment began discussions
with this organisation regarding its Production Plants in the Czech Republic.
The discussions identified that they required 450 production and logistics operatives for their exhaust and interior systems production plants. Due to our success in the UK and our contract attaining Best Practice accreditation across Europe we were the natural choice to support this project.
It was realised very early that within the scope of the work, Triangle would have to open an office locally to provide the continual commitment to our customer and that our traditional sources of candidates was not going to suitable.
Using our tried and tested networks within Europe and Asia we found a completely untapped source of skilled staff with the required language skills. Working to a critical path, the objective was to deliver a highly competent, flexible Triangle Managed workforce to the customer.
The process used an Assessment Centre to measure the six Core Competencies as well as language skills and physical attributes. This also allowed us to give each applicant a detailed introduction to both the company and the Czech Republic. The Triangle Managed Service took control of the whole process including; immigration process, medicals, and implementing a training process to provide them with the skills, knowledge, and attributes to ensure the smooth delivery of the product to the customer.
Although the project is in its infancy the headcount projections for us are set to triple with the possible addition of other sites in South Bohemia, CZ. This structured programme of recruitment provides a new premier benchmark already set by us in Banbury. Triangle is able to go above and beyond to provide a Full ‘Service’ Service to all our customers.
