Triangle are able to support the high level development of full factory layouts through value stream mapping from first principles and or the optimising of operational hard points i.e. Just in Time (JIT) or synchronous manufacture, Warehouse on Wheels (WOW) etc to the detail of standard work station loading/balancing and mapping of standard support routines including In/Outbound and line side material flows/feeds etc.
Supply Chain
Utilising materials planning and mapping processes our experts are able to ensure the standardisation and implementation of a plan of every part, mapping products, BOM, MRP, advanced load plans, efficient delivery routines to FIFO line side use and returns, whilst ensuring optimisation of the true total cost of logistics and not just looking at piece part cost.
HR Services
Triangle understand that managing staff can sometimes be a costly and time consuming process for clients, therefore outsourcing all or part of the HR function to Triangle can save clients time and money without compromising on quality, legality, and visibility within an organisation. BIO FUELS Diesel With staff experienced in the development of biodiesel production systems powered by own waste covering research, justification, selection, configuration and overseas installation, enforcing compliance to explosion Zone1 regulations. Statutory noise pollution regulation: calculation, mapping and limitation. Boiler pollution tonnage calculations for Carbon, Nox and Sox.
Wood Pellet Currently supporting the development of an all new wood pellet manufacturing plant and advising on Carbon reduction and alternative energy solutions including Biomass / Ground Heat exchange
SOLAR Currently developing PV solar project for mass market use
CARBON REDUCTION With several members of the Triangle Team being full Members of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and a licensed assessors for the BRE’s EcoHomes Environmental Assessment Method and the Government’s Code for Sustainable Homes Triangle are able to provide consultancy services to the Public, Private and Charitable sectors. Triangle has offered Strategic advice with regard to the deployment of CHP infrastructure for ECO villages and has input into the Renewable Energy and Carbon Reduction policies for the Core Strategy of emerging Local Development Framework as well as providing detailed design solutions for both Residential and Commercial property developers wishing their developments to comply with BREEAM standards.
CARBON TRUST Triangle is a preferred supplier of Resources to the Carbon Trust.
EV RAPID CHARGING As a delivery partner of Aker Wade, the first non-Japanese company to be licensed by Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) to manufacture the CHAdeMO specification rapid charger for use on Nissan, Mitsubishi and Subaru Electric Vehicles. Triangle are partnering the planned deployment of Aker Wade Rapid EV Chargers which are planned to be manufactured in the UK and stalled across the UK & Europe.
SMART METERS In an effort to support CRC Triangle are able to support the supply, installation and monitoring of a clients overall energy usage via Smart Metering Monitoring and offer practical advice on how energy consumption can be minimised
