Triangle Recruitment Limited commits itself to implementing the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
and all relevant subsidiary regulations.
Triangle Recruitment Limited will provide the resources and actively seek the co-operation of all employees, to meet this commitment and thereby maintain safe working practices within the working environment.
This policy applies to all the employees of Triangle Recruitment Limited and all temporary staff in turn have a legal duty to observe the correct standards of reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and their fellow employees.
In particular, it is the policy of Triangle Recruitment Limited, in so far as is reasonable practicable:-
All visitors to the work place must comply with Triangle Recruitment Limited’s safety policy. It is the duty of management, employees and temporary staff to ensure that visitors are aware of their responsibilities.
Any contravention of Triangle Recruitment Limited’s health and safety policy will be treated as a serious breach of disciplinary rules and corrective action will be taken accordingly.

- To supply manufacturers’/suppliers’ advice of warnings to the users of dangerous equipment/noxious substances. If not already supplied, they will be immediately, requested and implemented upon their receipt at the work place. All special hazards will be identified in order to maintain a safe working environment at all work places.
- To provide and maintain that all equipment, machinery and relevant systems of work are safe and without risk to health or injury of its employees.
- To make arrangements for ensuring safety and absence of risk to health in connection with the use, handling, storage and transportation of all items, used at the work place.
- To provide such information, instruction, training and supervision to its permanent and temporary staff as is necessary to ensure their health and safety at the work place.
- To maintain the work place in a condition that is safe and without risk to the health of the staff.
- To establish the cause of accidents and hazards to health within the work place and to institute practicable remedial measures to prevent their recurrence.
- Disseminate Health & Safety information to their staff, including up-to-date information on statutory requirements, codes of practice and any other matters applicable to the health & safety requirements.
- Ensure that the safety training needs of the individual are fulfilled.
- Maintain contact with the Health & Safety Executive, Local Authority Departments, British Safety Council and any other bodies relevant to health & safety at work.
- Consider recommendation by its employees concerning safety matters at work.
