- is appropriate / suitable for Triangle Recruitment Limited;
- includes a commitment to comply with BMS requirements and continuous improvement;
- provides a frame work for establishing and reviewing operational targets / quality objectives; and
- is communicated and understood within Triangle Recruitment Limited.

Steering Team (Management Representative)
The Managing Director shall appoint a member of management for each location as Management Representative of the Steering Team who, irrespective of other responsibilities, shall have responsibility and authority that includes:- ensuring that BMS processes are established, implemented and maintained;
- identifying the resources for BMS administration;
- approving registrars for 3rd party audits;
- reporting to the Managing Director on the performance of BMS and any need for improvement; and
- ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout Triangle Recruitment Limited.

Continuous Improvement
The Managing Director and Steering Team shall review BMS on an annual basis to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. This review shall include identifying opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to BMS (including the quality policy and quality objectives).The Managing Director and Steering Team shall demonstrate their commitment to the continuous improvement of BMS by:
- communication the importance of meeting customer, statutory and regulatory requirements;
- reinforcing the quality policy;
- reviewing BMS processes to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency;
- ensuring that operational targets / quality objectives are established and measurable;
- conducting management reviews; and
- ensuring the availability of resources.
